ARBC’s ANNUAL EASTER EGG HUNT & DEACON PICNIC
SUNDAY, March 28, 2010
Lunch will be served from 12:00 – 1:00 in the ARBC GYM.

• Hamburgers, hot dogs, chips, and drinks will be provided by the deacons and Children’s Ministry.

Please sign up in your ABF, CBF, or SBF class to bring cookies or brownies for dessert.

• The egg hunt and all games will begin after lunch. Children 1 year old —5th grade will split into appropriate age groups for egg hunt.

• Grab a partner and brush up on your egg-tossing skills for the annual egg-toss!

• DONATIONS: Please bring medium or large plastic eggs, wrapped candy, individually bagged gummy bears, fruit snacks, goldfish, and fun prizes (stickers, kid’s bracelets, or children’s cross necklaces) to be used for stuffing eggs.

Please make plans to join us for this fun family event!

Fall Festival, our community outreach carnival, is held on the last Sunday in October from 5:00-7:30 pm.  This is a fun-filled evening with food, games and lots of fun!  Everyone may dress in non-scary costumes.  The carnival is free but there is a small charge for food!

September 24 & 25
Friday, 11:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Saturday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

ALL booths are full at this time.

In order to be added to the waiting list, please send a registration form with pictures by mail or email. We will contact you if a space is available for you and collect your registration fee at that time.

NOTE: Due to the number of returning vendors, you will need to register for a hallway booth if you did not participate in our craft fair last year. You may indicate in Special Requests to be placed on the waiting list to move into the gym. Commercial booths & jewelry booths, please call for availability before registering.
