Arapaho Road Children's Check-In System
At Arapaho Road we want to give parents and guardians a feeling of
confidence in knowing their children are safe in the care of competent
and diligent people. Our check-in system is designed specifically with
child and church nursery security and safety in mind. We want parents
and guardians to go to worship and Arapaho Road Kids knowing their
children are in a safe and loving environment where they are learning
about Jesus and playing with friends!
What do parents/guardians need to know the
first time they use our check-in system?
Parents/guardians will visit one of the assisted stations; a volunteer
will help sign in children and get a key tag for their family. All
children that enter the children’s area will need a nametag with an
assigned family number. Each parent/guardian will receive a printed badge
with the same family number to pick up his/her child from class. Parents/guardians who have children in the nursery will also
receive a tag for diaper bags.
What happens when parent/guardian picks up
his/her child?
Parent numbers are matched with their children’s numbers in order to ensure
each child is returned safely to his/her parent. A parent/guardian is
asked to check-out by placing the child's nametag on the
check-in/check-out sheet provided in the child's classroom.
How does check-in work for first-time
guests?
All first-time guests will be asked to fill out a Guest Registration
Form. These forms can be filled out at the children’s check-in station or
online
(Print form and bring with you to one of the check-in stations or click
on the "envelope" in the Acrobat Reader toolbar and email a copy as an
attachment to lisa@arapahoroad.org.)
Guests will then be assigned a security number for their family and
information on where to take their child for Arapaho Road Kids.
How do return visits work?
Returning guests will visit the assisted check-in station each time they
visit to receive their assigned family number and badges.
We look forward to serving the families of Arapaho Road.
