Please do not park in the Handicap parking places unless you are handicapped.  We have had a problem with unloading some of our handicapped children for Awana.  Please help us with this matter.  Thank you!

What does it cost?

Dues
Dues are used to cover the operation expenses including necessary equipment, materials, incentives, awards, contests, etc.  The dues vary from club to club.  See the Chart below for dues for your club.

Handbooks
The first Entrance Book is free.  If needed, replacements are available for $.25.  Upon completion of the Entrance Booklet, a one-year club handbook is required to continue the program.  Clubbers are encouraged to write their names in ink on their handbooks to prevent misplacement or loss at club meetings.

Uniforms
Upon completion of the entrance booklet, a clubber is eligible to wear the Awana uniform.  We encourage each clubber to purchase and to wear the uniform to club each week.  Awana requires that a clubber must have a uniform in order to receive the awards he has earned.  Also, team points are given at club meetings to clubbers who are in uniform.  Uniforms may be purchased at the Awana Registration table.

Awana Bees - $25.00 full payment required - includes shirt & bag
Cubbies - $30 Dues, $11 Uniform, $7.50 Handbook
Sparks - $30 Dues, $13 Uniform, $7.50 Handbook
Truth & Training - $30 Dues, $15 Uniform, $7.50 Handbook
Trek - $30.00 Dues, $16 Uniform, $8 Handbook
Journey 24/7 - $30 Dues, $18 Uniform, $11 Handbook (2 per year)

Optional Items - Music CD's $10.50, Music Cassettes $5.50, Book Bags $7

Dues may be paid 1/2 when registering in the fall & 1/2 in January, except for Bees, but full payment at the beginning of the year is encouraged. If Clubber is going into a new club, they will need to purchase a new book.  If they are continuing in a club, they do not need to purchase a new book until they have finished their prior book.  Uniforms are purchased when they enter a new club.  Keep that in mind when choosing a size (For example, a Spark who enters Kindergarten this year will wear their uniform until they complete the 2nd grade.)

Missionary Offering
It is suggested at each child bring $.50 as an offering for Mission work.  Half of the offering goes to the Regional Awana Missionary and half goes to support local mission work such as Thanksgiving Baskets for those in need in our community.

Other Costs
Other costs during the year may be the purchase of a T-shirt for the Awana Games.
